No help whats so eve

On the 7th of September i tried buying a vehicle and the dealership tried getting finance for my vehicle from Nedbank... ive been banking with this bank for over 6 years and they only could offer R28 000..

I called again today and it seems like nobody wants to help me. they said i must tell the dealership to cancell my application and yes i did that... but still nothing is being done about it.

idont wana go to another financial institution i feel its just not fair, and that will mean im not benefiting at all from nedbank.. so why should i keep the account??? im very dissapointed and mad...
