Nedbank
ITC not updated corectly

I had a personal loan and credit card with Nedbank, according to me my accounts was up to date and settled, then i did application for vehicle finance, only then i came to realise that i still owe them money, i settled both accounts in June this year and have settlement letters to prove this. I then spoke to the ombudsman for Nedbank to update my status and remove me from ITC... It is now September already and Nedbank still has not sent a request to ITC to get me removed completely, They still show Bad debt written off even though they have received their money!!! Let record also show that never once i have received and signed for any letters from Nedbank warning me that they are going to bad list me or that my account is in arrears... i found this out when i applied for vehicle finance and when i came aware of the problem i immediately made FULL payment to gain absolutely nothing for Nedbank still has not removed me from ITC and the still show that is was bad debt written off!!!
