I applied for vehicle finance thru a car dealership. they did all the paper work & the last time i signed a form it was for pre approval. afterwards a guy called from nedbank asking about the car. then a rude molly called also asking about the car. i've now decided that i dont want the car & i've never fetched the car from the dealership, i changed my mind because the car was a very old model & i dont think its worth what they are selling it for. anyways i now want to cancel, am not sure if nedbank has paid these guys or not am just in the dark because if they have am not sure who'll make the payments cos i dont have the car. could someone please clarify. i dont want to have a debt i dont know nothing about.
