I purchased a lounge suite from JD in December 2011. The lounge suite started sagging not long after that so I called JD to repair it. They picked up only half of the lounge suite & promised to pick up the 2nd half to repair. After months of waiting & phone calls, I go to the store last year December to remind them that we are still waiting for them to pick up the lounge suite to repair. One of the senior staff wrote it down in a book, said she was going on leave & will deal with it in January. Since January, all we've received is phone calls with empty promises. I received another 1 of those calls Tues. 18/6/13. The sales rep. assured me that someone will pick up the lounge to repair & she apologized for the months of waiting. I then receive another call from a supposedly new staff member there telling me that THE GUARANTEE IS UP & THEY CANNOT REPAIR THE LOUNGE SUITE. I explained to her that we have complained way before the guarantee was up & we have been waiting for months for JD to pick the lounge suite up.

I did inform her that I will take the matter further. They made us wait just until the guarantee was up just so they don't have to complete the repair. TALK ABOUT DEVIOUS
