Inferior qualitiy and from staff

I purchased furniture from Beares absolutely disgusted been complainin wated 3months before they collected furniture. I then went into Branch and confirmed why nothing had been done was told soory sorry. No excuse. Quick to take my money every month but no service from branch. As the manager had left and they have a new manager Handsom. Collected my furniture was told to choose another lounge suite which I did as I chose something similar to the one I originally had. Was told they are loading truck I told them to please deliver between 2:30 and 3pm on tues 01/09/2013 before 5pm I phoned to check why delivery has not been made oh no african bank did not approve. But I had aal these promises when I was there last week and saturday 27/07/2013 don't worry your furniture will be delivered the Monday. Now please this is as I pay my account faithfully every month without fail. I am disgusted in how I get treated and u are from me as you take my money but I have no furniture and this has been going on for a week. When I caal I get told Handsome will phone you and he does not. All that for good management. SORT THIS OUT
