In September my husband purchased R300 fuel from Engen on the R21, but the worker there said that the transaction didn't go through, so my husband swiped our card at the wimpy, which according to the worker is the same owner so there shouldn't be problems. What happened then is 2 sms's came through to my phone, stating that the money went through. when my husband complained they sent us to FNB, since there accountant couldn't find the payment on Engen's bankstatement. We went to Fnb, and requested feedback, completed forms bust still nothing happened. so effectively we paid R600 for R300 worth of fuel, and nobody can tell us what happened to the other R300?
