On 12-01-2014 @ 12:27pm, I went to Engen, Tony Watson Convenience Centre, .I was served by attendant Brian, I requested R300 unleaded fuel.after filling up I handed Brian my FNB eBucks card and R100 cash, I told him I want to pay R100 cash and R200 from my eBucks, he told me to jump off & go to the cashier Theressa to swipe my eBucks card, Theressa applied the sale as R300 cash, and they then tell me I have to wait for someone to pay for fuel cash, then only can they run my eBucks card, I waited for ten minutes then told them to please swipe my eBucks card and let me go as I cant wait indefinitely as about 5 cars filled fuel and paid by card, as it was not my fault that they messed up, and I was ready to pay for my fuel. They became aggravated by me & were totally arrogant. Brian then tells me I did not tell him I was paying with my eBucks, yet he took my card to the cashier, there was no manager around according to them. I told them I will report this, Brian told I can do what I want but I must "watch out", and I am a "", yet I was ready to pay the entire time.totally uncalled for.my wife then lent me R200 cash as she couldn't wait. I left the station at 12:50pm, 20 minutes after filling fuel.
