Pathetic Service and When claiming

I had it up to my neck with this, and unfortunately don't have enough space to explain the whole story, Well the short of it is, That my was house broken into and I incurred a loss of approximately R35000, Put in a claim with Hollard, Whom send out an assessor from exility (Who I must say tried to assist me as best as he can, was the only person that tried to help) So thanks Johan Brookryk, Unfortunately I cant say the same for the rest of the team, I receive an email from exility which sort of justifies why they cant pay me my full loss, Which I eventually agree and accept as they say im under insured, as an inventory assessment was done after I claim and don't understand why it was not requested when I incepted my policy, Nonetheless we agreed that the undisclosed amount is acceptable as this is dragging since the 23rd of September. When following up with Exility a few minutes back, Since I did not get a further update, I was approached by what seem to be a very arrogant consultant (Patricia), Who advises that now they are going to settle me with a gift card with that amount, So id like to know where in any documentation was it agreed my preferred method of payment was a gift ca
