Nedbank Homeloan mess-up

My homeloan application has been messed up by the bank and I have received a notice that my application has been withdrawn due to being "incorrectly captured'. The bank captured it, not me! They should sort it out and get back to me with a positive response and an apology. Can I have some action on this before I lose the property, please?
