INSURANCE CLAIM DRAGGING ON FOR 6 MONTHS NOW

A client of Discovery crashed into my vehicle while it was parked. I am a single mother with 2 kids and use my vehicle to earn an income. It has been 6 months and my claim for repairs and a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired are still not settled. Pierre du Plessis from Exiliti Special Claims Service that is intermediating my claim against the client of Discovery is giving me the "run-around". Exility claims to be legal advisors, but their arguments for not paying, are not based on legal principles. They call for requirements, I supply it and then they call for new requirements, just dragging out the process. I believe that Exility is retained by Discovery with instructions from Discovery to prolong any claim against a client of theirs for as long as they can. Pierre (Exility) is attempting to intimidate me by dragging out the matter by using underhand tactics, into accepting their settlement offer that will not place me in the same position that I was before Discovery's client damaged my vehicle. They do it just because they know I am a single mother and do not have the financial resources to appoint an attorney.
