After feeling that my premiums were going up too steeply I sourced other quotes for car insurance and received a far better quote from a competitor. Upon calling to cancel my policy with MiWay Celina went the extra mile to try and keep my business. She reviewed my policy and came up with a new premium that was almost as good as the other (and also with a poorer excess), but given MiWay's loyalty bonus it made sense to stick with them. I appreciated that they went out of their way to keep me a happy client.
