Wrongful Advertising – How can we help you?!!

We recently bought a house through FNB... The OTP was signed in August 2012 and transfer only went through in August 2013. During this time the owners have vandalised the property, the geyser, burnt the carpets, various broken windows, the entire plumbing system is blocked, electrical certificate is out of date, municipal plans are wrong compared to what is on the property???

When this was raised with FNB we were basically told, ''This is your problem, take it up with the sellers.'' Now how is that ''How can we help you? ''

Looking into moving the bond as FNB don't care as long as they get their money!
