That I have been a difficult client to Absa Bank this month is a colossal understatement and the furthest I could go without using offensive language to describe myself.
There is not an English word that is strong enough to describe how embarrassed I am about the whole incident.
Yet despite my outbursts, the Absa staff dealing with my problem were unbelievably polite with never a hint of antagonism.
I extend my sincerest apologies to all Absa members involved with my previous complaint.
