Absa does not follow things up

Good day

I laid a complaint about Absa being a cause of someone withdrawing my pension money.
I was surprised when I got a call from someone, but I was in the bank.
She promiced to call me back.
I have tried for 2 weeks to get hold of this person as I HAVE to sort out my problem.
It is like absa doesnt care

Further absa alberton who pretended to help me, gave me a FALSE case number. and have never ever come back to me.
I know i am not a valued client, but do you realize how difficult it is to loose pernsion!!
