After waiting in a queue for over half an hour before a consultant could help me, which in the end were not able to and I left the bank not serviced and problem not resolved.
I had try to withdraw R1000 from an ATM machine, the machine malfunctioned and went off line without giving me the money. When I went online with FNB, I see FNB deducted the money.
The consultant and FNB first said they had to phone the call centre, they they went to ask for help from a manager, then the manager siad I need to complete some forms which they did not have.
So after 45 min at the bank and R1000 taken from my account, I think its time I look for another bank.
