ATM Deposit Machine Off Line

At 10.30am today Monday 4th February 2013, I stood in a queue to deposit money at FNB Ghandi Square. At 10.55am as I was about to get the machine to deposit, it went off line. The manageress said that the machine was full of money and they called the "people" to come empty the machine. Because it's the beginning of the month over the weekend the machine fills up quickly. She's so sorry!!! IF SHE KNOW THIS - WHY THE HECK DOESN'T SHE ARRANGE TO GET THE MACHINE EMPTIED ON A MONDAY MORNING BEFORE THE BANK OPENS, not half way through the morning where there are more than 10 people standing in the queue? This is poor management and a lack of interest toward their customers. This is a serious matter that should be dealt with by FNB. As it is, there is ony one deposit machine at that outlet. Disgusted FNB Customer.
