Bank Charges

I am a private bank client (not that it mean anything). I have an agreed Management fee on my account of R390. Suddenly I have an additional R446.45 bank charges on the account - a total of R836.45. For how long is this already continuing? I did not yet have time to work through my last couple of years of bank statements. Is this why FNB is doing so well - I will get a quote from them today. I have been a client of ABSA (Volkskas) for the last 36 years. I will get my sons to move as well.
