ATM, R1000 refund query

Hello Peter. Due to the unexpected nature I experienced about FNB ATM machines confiscating cards. It has caused me to be in a bad state of financial expenditure for example 1. The machine took my R1000 withdrawal request. 2. Certain FNB staff members at 18.A Voortrekker str Vereeniging branch were not very helpful with my requests to assist me to resolve this matter. 3. The bank has caused unnecessary expenses on my side namely: 1. R38 transport money which won't be refunded to me because I had to travel up and down paying taxi money to this mess out . 2. I had withdraw an extra R1000 to pay my personal debt. 3. On Sunday the 26 Of January 2014 a debit order of R299 will be made by FNB to pay for my smart phone and money was supposed to be withdrawn from the uncessary extra R1000 that I had to withdraw because of this mess. This poor service from FNB and I would expect such things because I'm one of their loyal client.
