I am currently on the phone with a man by the name of Trevor Jospeh. The time is 14:36 and he is TERRIBLY unfriendly and unhelpful. He barely opens his mouth and gets irritated when i ask him to repeat he gets terribly irrate. i have NEVER had such bad service from FNB before. i am utterly disgusted!
