I took out an insurance cover for my vehicle two months ago, informing the person who assisted me that I do not have the vehicle yet.

I received the vehicle at long last and now i want to know from them what the next step is for me.

I have emailed them three times asking if i should take it for some sort of assessment but i don't get any feedback.

I need this sorted out asap, what if i need to claim and they say i cant because no assessment was done, or they need particulars of the vehicle?
