Sipho Makhubo. This is to inform you of the bad customer I received from mapulani (customer consultant in bara). This lady is not a good consultant for business, after answring my phone, she clearly told me "did u see a sign on a window that you suppose to answer your phone" I think every Bank has the same sign. I feel so sad, till this day to complain about how she told me to hang off my phone which I did, but I also told her this is not a way of treating a customer. I also past the message to manager puleng, however am not satisfied with the respond, hence am writting to you again.

Please take this matter into consideration, and put a fully equipt agents on a front counter FNB
