Was at the branch yesterday. Standing in the enquires queue next to be served the phone rings and the lady answers the phone shows us her hand to wait, first of all the customer in the queue should be before the customer that is phoning through, when she was done she still had not assisted us she went out of the cubical and went chatting around. Next consultant gave us good service, went to tellers and had forgotten to get bank statements I had gone back in the queue an received service from a difference consultant with the same attitude as the first consultant. I actually feel that I would switch to a bank that gives better service than this bank!
