Money still not in account

My car is written off
Friday 04 October 2013. They also payed out the money according to them on the 04 of October 2013. They payed it from an FNB to and FNB it has been 48 hours and the money is still not in my account. I have called more than 20 time to fined out where my money is and all they said is you must wait for 48 hours. In the meantime I lost 2 vehicles I wanted to buy and my money is still not in my account. They also don't give chq in these cases.
