Atm didnt take out the money

I was withdrawing money from the Sun City Hotel ATM and the transaction did go through but the money didnt come out. I called their complained.department and i was told that it is going to 15 days for the money to be credited back into my bank account. I explained to them that that money was for my childs registration. If not payed today (24 October 13) it means that my child will not be accepted in scholl next year. The consultant told me that she took the matter forward but there is nothing that they can do. I need the money in my account today. Ref# 55613572. I need somebody to get back to me and resolve this matter i cannot wait 15 days.
