Laptop issue

I bought a laptop @ bears on the 04-11-2012 it was R3500, 00, on the 08-11-2012 I payed R900, 00, on the 29-11-2012 I payed R3000.00, again on the 30-11-2012 payed R340.00 cause I wanted to settle to my suprise was told that have to pay R2000.00 to settle when ask why they told me that is for insurance, which never covered me and will never ever cover me.cause within 6monts I have to pay that laptop R3500.00.what makes me angry is that I called the head office on the 14-12-2012 they told me to pay R324.22 and they will close the account but they never closed it. I talked to the manager she promised to fix the problem even today nothing has not done.they deducting money every month I have to reverse money every money which am charged for. NATASHA CRISTOPHEL the supervisor @ the headoffice promised to check my account and she will come back to me she never did since we spoke on the 24-06-2013.I go to the store almost everyday but they do nothing about this.
