Lightning struck and damaged electrical equipment at my residence. Auto and General replaced my PVR, DVD Machine and Printer, but refused to replace my laptop as it was not specified. I feel the goods got danaged in my home and not in the car or a place away from my premises, so the laptop should be replaced.
