Further to a transaction gone bad 44 days ago I had contacted ABSA customer services 0860008600 who advised that because of the nature of the transaction I had to email their debit card disputes department (as they do not have a direct number) to resolve the matter which I subsequently did, I have yet to receive a response from this department 3 mails later.
It is not my job as the client to run after you!!
Very very unhappy!!!
