All debits taken twice - when will I get my money?

For the second time in a year Standard Bank has taken all of my debits TWICE. This happened because an old online banking profile was not cancelled when a new one was created (SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THAT ISN'T DEFAULT?!!?) - so all my old debits (in a profile I could not access) and newly set up debits went off.

I went in to resolve this, and Bongi was fantastically helpful - but the fact remains I have not gotten my money back and no one will tell me when I will.

I was told I would HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REVERSALS - and I said I refuse to pay for the banks mistake.
Supposed 'Prestige Banking' is utter rubbish - no one replies to your emails esp if troublesome issues.

This is unacceptable.
