Loan paid up - still reflecting as outstanding

Paid up a DA Loan in December 2012, however upon checking my Credit report it shows as Open & Current an amount of R7840. Please can I ask that this be rectified and shown as Paid up as this has been paid up in December already. I have emailed Nicky Hill, who has not responded to date.

Please communicate when this request has been granted.
