Driving course to maximize DQ Points

We wanted to take part in the Mercedes Benz driving course to maximize our DQ points resulting in the maximum cash back. We have made enquiries from the beginning of the year but was told that the course is not available in Cape Town. This is shocking as we can't earn the maximum points in Cape Town!
