Dial Direct Insurance
Overcharged and refusal to refund

Insurance premiums went up with yearly increase, phoned and queried increase and told premium would be less and given amount with email confirmation from dial direct. Needless to say higher amount deducted for following 2 months and when I queried and asked for refund they refunded less than what was due. Surely this us??? How can they deduct amount greater than amount we agreed on???
