I have contacted the call centre several times this week regarding my vehicle account. I was told that I had overpaid my settlement and a refund was due to me. I was also told that my account had been finalised and they were sending me my registration papers. I was given reference numbers. Upon phoning again, I was then told I still owed more money on this account. I am extremely upset as ABSA seems not to know what they are doing and I am now taking my banking elsewhere!!! Very upset as I have been a loyal ABSA customer for years. Very very disappointed to say the least.
