I contacted Outsurance as I am a client and wanted to switch my existing cover to Woman at Out for a better premium and benefits but no one is bothered by my requests or have contacted me to date. I have followed up with Outsurance 3 times and have kept the records. I am now considering taking my business elsewhere as I am scared that when I actually need to claim I will also be ignored.
