They did an unauthorized debit of R399 from my account

I went onto the [URL Removed] website and applied for a loan online. I was declined. I did not in any way give them permission to do a debit of R399 from my account, this was over a month ago. Now today they took R399 from my account and I cannot understand how this is possible if I did not authorise it!!! I want my money back!
