Judgement issued whilst still paying the account

I have made arrangements to pay R150 and the R200 debit order was going off my account infact 2 different debit orders were going off my account R200 & R250 and as a result i had to dispute the R250 one because that was not part of our arrangement. Today when i checked my ITC report i discovered that there's been a judgement issued against me. What exactly is going on here. they have received my payments Nov & Dec but the balance has actually increased on the report.

When i called to find out i was taken from pillar to post and eventually i was told that someone is going to call me.
