Frustration at its best

I resigned from a company more than 6 months ago. I have submitted all my forms to claim for the provident fund. I still am yet to have any response from Absa. I have tried calling and have been leaving message after message for longer than 2 months. I try my best to see the positive in this country...
Please can someone get back to me ASAP about the provident fund, I would love to know what is happening.
