The level of service i have received by Standard bank home loans & their associated homeowners insurance team has been nothing short of dismal!

In addition to them incorrectly assessing my property for insurance purposes, they reduced my previously listed cover unilaterally on the advice of an assessor who did not even enter the property!

I have had a 2 month battle to have my insurance policy rectified with no joy as each department passes the buck back and forth!

Simply Better Faster? Not in my books!

FNB are waiting in the wings - and i may just take them up on their offer to pay the transfer duties to move all my accounts across to them - at least they answer their phones.
