Name on ITC for there fault

My bakkie got last year march my insurance paid half of what i owned out the outstanding amount was - R20000 so i was left with 8-9000 i maid a arrangement with Toyota finance that they mus deduct R250 each week as i am a weekly paid earner for the outstanding amount, they have placed me on ITC, i phoned them yesterday 29/01/2014to clarify this of my name as i am tring to get finance for a car, first of all the lady who helped me in march last year did not load the correct amount of debit orders on the system an in the second place the incorrect amount was debited of my account ins-ted of R250 a week R200 was debited and all of this is on there recording types when you make a call, every body is turning me down for finance because of this judgement the caused PLEASE HELP
