I am so @ the way they handled my query as I said that it was just delaying tactics so they can debit my account on the 1st. I have not had a call a week later after they promised yo call on the reply. They should check their recording cause I don't want to deal with them any more. I know the process of cancellation but still no luck please check on mu previous complain on the 28
