Hi

my husband has applied for an ID to be amended since last year november, home affairs said they will deliver it during july. i have called them several times to check whats delaying the process they only gave me a case no and told me to check it after two week or three, since ive been checking it but it seem its never moving, its still same reason the previous call center agent gave me... they only say "its still on process please check it after two weeks." my husband went to check at the branch the first time the and they said
to him everything its still fine no questions about the application is still processing.
he went the second time and they told him stories about the branch not sending complete paper work.

i can't take it anymore because its clear they dont seem like they are doing anything with the application.
i have called them to many times to be hearing the same story. please assist on this issue
