My Debit card was taken at the ATM on the 5th Sept and I reported it immediately to the bank and cancelled that card, Then I noticed on the 6th Sept, money had been drawn out of the account again, I transferred what was left in the account to another account, and phoned them again, again they cancelled the card, but this time they had to cancel all the cards, which was good. they opened a second case of for me. I phoned them on the 30th Sept to find out what was happening, they said the case was long overdue and would get back to me ASAP. Today its the 4th October and still waiting for a response. Its been 1 day short of a month now and still no response.
