Renewal Cards in Limbo

About 2 months ago, my garage card expired and i was told it can be picked up at the woodmead branch. i went and surprise it wasnt there. The clerk told me that she would follow up and let me know. NO feedback after a week. So i phone again, card is in centurion. NO i live in JHB, they phone me again the card is at rivonia. NO i want to go to Woodmead. 3 weeks after the expiry, i finally collected my card. Again in September my credit card has expired. They tell me the card wasnt renewed because it was overdue, but it is only overdue now, because i didnt pay it, and wanted them to phone me sothat i could tell them NOBODY has phoned me about where i would like to collect my renewal. 50 minutes later on the phone and 4 different consultants later, i still have not been helped. My card is paid, and i dont have a renewal... I am sick of Std Bank's no-care attitude i am a prestige client, who has been banking with them for 13 years, and my money obviously doesnt matter to them... i simply do not see why i should be the one phoning them in order for them to do their jobs! Maybe its time to move to FNB
