Waste of Time

I called this bank yesterday to enquire about opening an account, the lady said I needed my ID, daughter's birth certificate and proof of address no older than 3 months!! I wasted my time running to this bank so I'm back in time for a meeting at work and have to work this time in on Monday in my lunch time just to be told I can't open an account with a hospital account I received for last month!!! This lady told me I have to have an account that's coming to my address every month and the hospital account of last month isn't good enough!!! Pathetic!! I had an account with them which was closed recently, I'm ever so sorry I wasted my time and money with this pathetic bank!!!
