I was insured with Auto and General up until my vehicle caught fire on the 7

th of April 2013, have been a loyal customer of Auto and General always paying my premiums in time. ever since the incident happened up until now they have since not paid up the claim it's been 7months, the service that I have received from them has been very very poor it's rush, even towing the vehicle was an issue I've been with attitudes from managers to consultants. Can you believe I have since delt with over 3 different consultants on a single claim how's that for service? It's been very confusing what happened to keeping clients INFORMED, CONNECTED CONSIDERING IT DONE? Your values which you are not living up. I have since spent over R 6000 on resources for this claim ranging from airtime spent, money deposited to SMD to get documents and petrol going from pillar to post.

My ITC and Credit record is now tarnished because I was manipulated into get a tracking device to increase their profits. I now have to pay for the next 2years R215 per month because of a consultant that told me I'd only pay R30. I want the whole world to know you guys never pay out claims. just yesterday A & G said I quote you
