Unkown deduction from my account

I have been debited R49 per month from my standard bank account since 2012. i went to standard bank in Pretoria, church street to seek for help but they said they are unable to stop it. i felt very bad about that cause they cant stop it then who am i to do that and thats means as a client i am not save with my bank. i tried to pay 50 rand per month but that was even worse because i found out that they are deducting twice a month and with my poor 50 rand i dont do anything. again i went to standard bank at Mamelodi west (Dann lane mall) to seek for assistance because that time i was checking my acc then it was -R500 and it increasing every month, i was told that they will stop it and they will call me after three days butthey did not.they told me that world TC is the responsible people or company who are doing that but i failed to understand why other people can do what ever they do with my account without my concern i am not safe. i am even afraid that next time i will find nothing or no money in my account . please help and your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
