Deduction from World TC

There has been an amount of R48 that gets deducted from my account on the 15th and 25 of every month from an account called World TC. I never signed up for such and don't understand why this amount keeps being debited. I called the Standard Bank call centre and asked the lady to call me back as my airtime was almost done and she never called back. I really don't appreciate that money being taken from my account when I have no idea where it is going. the lady I spoke to said my account will be reimbursed with the amount deducted and I am still waiting. can someone from Standard Bank please help me as I don't think this is fair as I had nothing with signing up for this contract, I have been with Standard Bank for years but this makes me want to move to another bank!! truly frustrating
