Getting seriously fed up with the bad service

I don't have time to wait in long ques at the bank because i work all week and weekends too. I have given my mother signing powers on my account so she can sort out all my banking and the bank would not authorise her to cancel a stop order (this is the reason she has signing powers) so i phoned the bank to cancel a stop order. They made it such a mission do do it on the phone so i drew the money out of my account to make the stop order bounce, the stop order is for MY savings by the way.. MY MONEY! the stop order still came off leaving my account in minus! I have never given the bank permission for my account to go into minus nor have an overdraft facility! I hate that STANDARD BANK is dictating what goes on with my money!! Last time i wrote on Hello Peter about bad service with standard bank it took more than a month for you to get back to me, you promised to refund my bank fees for the month, which never materialised! I sent the sms for the U-count rewards program and again it took about a month for you to phone me, i was very busy with a customer at the time and asked the lady to phone me back in 5mins, she said no problem, its been at least 3weeks since then and still nothing!?
