Issues with everything

I just had to write this report to make people aware that nedbank is the worst bank to bank with. since i joined i had nothing but problems. ive been with FNB for over 8 years and never had an issue, not even once. everything was easliy accessible. people knew their product and could assist with anything. FNB really makes it easy for every individual to bank with them. i was told that im making the correct choice by opening a nedbank account. but it was the worst. for everything that i would like to do on my account i have to go in a branch. they cannot help with anything over the phone, or on the internet. i made a mistake by changing to the bank. luckily i didnt close my fnb account, so i can still go back there. people do not attempt to use this bank. they useless. stuck in the old age.
