Bank is stuck in the dark ages

I was contacted by nedbank whom I bank with about two weeks ago in regards to getting a cheque account. I was told this was approved and I would be contacted shortly in order to discuss delivery of my card to my place of choosing.

I was contacted almost a week later, as I was in a meeting I asked the consultant, to call me back in 20mins, which he did'nt, the next time nedbank tried to call me was close to a week later I missed this call as I was busy. I thereafter tried to call them back and was passed from department to department and was even told that I should now go into the bank to resolve.
The agreement was for the documents and card to be brought to me, this bank in addition to it's ridiculous charges is just shocking to say the less. Everyone seems confused.trying to get onto Internet banking is just another issue with this bank.
My entire family banks with fnb and don't seem to have these issues with efficiency and response time, I choose nedbank as it was the closest bank to me, but I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone at this stage. They defiantly have a lot of catching up to do.

Seriously considering changing my bank.
