Today at 09h00 I phone the Call Center with the request to close my Credit Card Account. I was informed that the Call Center is busy and that I would be phoned back. At 13h00 I phoned again. This time I was informed that I would be phoned back over the next 3 to 5 working days! REALLY!!! I want to close my account NOW!!! not over 3 or 5 working days!
